Sub-Search Helps Filter Settings(Table/SPRO)

Hello Experts,

MATNR's SHLP help is MAT1 and it has 41 sub-search helps. When I go to MM02 at that time I can see only few of them.

Can you please tell me on what basis they are filtering out those sub-search helps. If there's any such criteria then is it stored in any of the table?

I checked tables like DD31S, DD32S, DD30L etc. but unable to come to a solution. I request you to provide your inputs in this regard.

Regards, OS

Look at the search help definition with SE11, there is a search help exit FM which remove some not installed or obsolete search helps.

Thanks for your response. I found out an answer to my question.

We have to check the exit maintained against the parent search help and based on that there's is a stadnard logic based on which it was not getting displayed.
