SU20 problem

Hi all,

     In my system, there is no GUI status in program RSU20_NEW.And there is no reponse when run SU20.

     how to solve this problem?

I've checked in my system, the RSU20_NEW has his status SALV_SU20.
Have you checked what Klaus was telling you here: http://scn.sap.com/thread/3648075 ?
