Hi,

STXL Table stores the text in binary format or Ascii format ,i think so it is in Ascii format ?and my doubt is how can i view in regular format ,means by downloading ar any other query ?plz explain?

Check function modules READ_TEXT, INIT_TEXT, EDIT_TEXT and DELETE_TEXT....

Use FM : READ_TEXT.

Long texts are stored in table STXL in RAW format thats why u are not able view them directly. To view the texts u must use FM READ_TEXT.
