se11 data type give zstructure name press create one pop up will come choose structure(probably 2nd one). now give the field name in component and dataelement name in component type. if dataelement is not already present i.e. if it is new z dataelement dbl click on that give a domain name( or choose built in types and give the data type and length) . dbl click on domain and give the data type and length activate domain and data element.
come back do for all the fields activate structure.
