How to get the fixed values stored in the structure

A structure doesnt store values

what i want is the fixed values in structure...

my scenario is

structure: HRPE_PROFQ

in this structure a class text is stored for a objid....

when i pass a objid i need to get that clas text....

pl help.

Go to the structure, then go to its where used list, you will get which tables use this structure

Structure does not contain any values we need to get the values from tables itself.
