Hi,

I am not able to upload document type CGR with status AP(approve) or PR(pre release) as its showing error as Status not defined for document type CGR.

But its working fine with document types DR(draft) and RL (release). Can anybody tell me why this error is coming and is there any solution for.

Regards,

Srivijay

hello srivijay,

you are geting the message Status not defined for document type CGR. becaus the status to which you are changing for document type CGR is not defined in customisation.

in spro transaction, cross apllication component, document management, general data, define document types,on selecting the particular document type, you can see the statuses maintained for the document type.

on double clicking  a particular status, you can see from which all status it can come to the defined status.

if that statuses are not maintained ,it will throw this message.
