Statements for Table VBAP could not be executed

Hi Experts

I had created a append structure ZVBAP and deleted due to error occurred in structure activation saying "Inconsistency in table VBAP".

So I have created new structure ZADD and trying to add fields and activate, but i got same error, when i adjust in SE14, I am getting the following error,

        MAXEXTENTS UNLIMITED

        PCTINCREASE 0000

        FREELISTS 001)

   ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

   DDL time(___3): ........12 milliseconds

   The SQL statement was not executed

   Statements for Table VBAP could not be executed

   Request for VBAP could not be executed

Plelase anyone help me on this issue.

Hi,

Try deleting the append structures, activate using se14 and then recreate the append.

I deleted the structure ZVBAP and created ZADD newly, it also gives the same error.

When i activate VBAP in se14, i am getting SQL statement not executed.

First, try to delete append, activate vbap from se14 without the append and then recreate the append.

Also,can you please post some more details regarding the message ?

Can you please some more details regarding the appends and the fields contained in them ?

i corrected the data type of the fields, now it working,
