Starting with ABAP Programming

Hi folks, I'm new here and new for ABAP and was wanting some helps with the better way to start studying ABAP Programming. I installed Netweaver Sap actually on my machine and was wondering the best ways to follow, good tutorials and e-learnings and anything else that can help me in this learning. All the help is welcome for me.
