Standard SAP programs

Hi everyone,

I am into HR implementation and just wanted to know if there are some standard SAP programs to upload the HR related data into SAP . Or How can one approach to find one as per the requirement .

LSMW is one option & if you adopt teh ASAP methodology, the SAP might deliver some PCC Programs to upload Matser Data.. BAPI_HRMASTER_SAVE_REPL_MULT may be useful too..

HI,

You can upload the data in HR in three ways:

1) HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATIOn

2) BDC

3) LSMW.

you can use the function module,but agin it depends on the situation.
