Standard BAPI for uploading HR Master Data

Is there any standard BAPI or Function module is available to upload HR Master data like Hiring an Employee.

You can use HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION to create and change infotypes for existing employess, but you cannot hire an employee using this FM.

You can use HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA to hire an employee.

IF you search the forum for these FM's, you should find enough information.
