ST30 cannot see Analysis result data

hi

I have devloped test script in Ecatt and run it in ST30 ,script secuted sucessfully and getting log result .

But i am not able to get the global analysis result like "Analysis,data overview,SQL trace,".

the errors shoes like

E Error creating trace performance data for destination NONE"

E Create Performance Data: No Statistics"

E Dest. NONE : Error while reading the (application) statistical data"

E Cannot determine DSR system components at destination XXXXX..."

In ST33 am not able to view the result..

what i have do to in SM59? or any other seetings need to be done?
