SSCR key?

Hi SAP experts,

When I try to register the SSCR on http://service.sap.com/sscr page, after I click the “Registration” link I got this error message “Your system administrator should grant you the SSCR authorization”. What should I do next? Any suggestions or comments?

Exactly what it says. You need to login as administrator to do that or your administrator should have given you that authorization. Please approach your basis person(s).

Thank you for the quick reply Srinivsa. Do you mean administrator in my company or administrator from the SAP support?

Hi Srinivas,

I still don't know who the SAP administrator is in my company; therefore have got the chance to test it yet. Once I get the solution I will update this thread.

Hi Justin,

You can get your system administrator by following these steps.

1. Logon to http://service.sap.com

2. On the top left cornor of the screen you can find

"Welcome <your name> my Profile"

3. Click on the 'My Profile' link

4. In the next screen on the left side you can find a link called "Display my Super-administrators". Click on this, you can find your administrator
