SRM text box - smartform - pdf - bullets - format lost

Hi all,

The user is pasting a text from MS word to a text box in SRM portal in to shopping cart. The print / preview of that object is linked to a pdf output.

The issue is the pdf output is losing the bullet text and is printing in one line. How can we retain the bullets format.

Applied solution:

Changed the output device to PDF1.

Advised the user to copy the text from ms-word but before copying the layout in the ms-word need to be changed to 'WEB Layout'.
