In a client's SRM system we have experienced a problem. We have a sapscript form defined in landscape containing a reference to a .gif image. This is viewed and printed from the internet explorer screen (in SRM) rather than the Sap GUI. When printed in landscape format this image (which is a circle) prints out correctly. However, when the user chooses to print in portrait this becomes squashed, taller than it is wide.
We have tried to amend the HTML to increase the width allowed for the object but this has not helped. Could anyone let us know whether we should expect that this would help, or is there something else we could try.
Thanks.
