SQVI Query

Hello SAP Experts,

I have a question in SQVI, I have create a query in sqvi & my query is not visible to other users. What if other user want to access that query & execute it? Is there any way by creating user groups & assign this query? Pls help.

In SQVI generate program for your query ( Quickview -> Additional functions -> Generate Program ) and give the report ( Quickview -> Additional functions -> Display report name ) to other users to run it.

Hi,

QuickView SAP Queries created through SQVI are user specific and are not accessible by other users. For other users to use this query, you can generate a program. You can do this by selecting query > Quick View > Additional Functions > Generate Program. Now you can ask other users to use this program to access your query.
