SQVI- Performance issue

The SQVI was working fine for all environment in my old PC , but when I changed it to new PC.

The SQVI doesn't work for the production and also doesn't show any error.

Please help me to answer it.

Do you mean it runs forever? Either the issue is from the SQVI itself, or from your SAP GUI installation. Run the SQVI in background to make sure it finishes, and how much time it takes.

Does it have to do with access, as I changed my PC or with the SAP GUI installation?

As it doesn't allow me run that SQVI without any error.
