when i am trying to creating TMG i got this type error could u please help me out

   possibly due to an error.

   This is not an error in an application program.

Well, the dump says that the error is not in the application program but is an Oracle one.

You can check SM21, maybe you'll find some additional info there.

If it won't clarify the situation (I guess it'll probably not) then address the error to your basis team, some troubleshooting instructions may be found in note 1868324.
