SQ01 Selection fields

Hi All,

I have created a query in SQ01. With tables VBAP,VBUK,MARC. The fields sales org,division and dist. chnl need to be in sorted in selection list. Please help me how could i sort the selection fields, i tried basic list but i could only sort output list through this,shoud i use ranked list or statistics. I looked at other forums but could not find any relevant.

Hi,

In the Screen Selections -> After the field names, there is a field called "NO" which is the sequence number for selection screen.

When you assign 1, 2 etcc... accordingly the fields will appear in the selection screen.

Please be a bit clear where i find this selection screens is it in menu where i find basic list,statistics,ranked list.

Hi,

It is not in those you mentioned. But when click the Right Arrow which goes to next, next screen and in that you can find the sorting for Selection Fields.

In more detail - First screen - Title, Format

Click Right Arrow (Next Screen) - Selected Field Group

Click Right Arrow (Next Screen) - Select Field

click Right Arrow (Next Screen) - Selections

And here you can find the sorting. Hope it is clear.
