Have you found a solution Madan?

I have a report that is too wide to fit on a pdf page. I want batch to export as an excel file instead.

Any ideas?

Hi Madan,

In SP01, check mark your spool number and try the below path

System-> List> Save--> Local File.

Then you will get a pop-up asking for format and there you can select spread sheet.

Any way to do that automatically? I am having to manually do this every week because the report that batch sends out via email (pdf) is too wide for the page.
