spool not showing

We are on ECC 6.0 have just upgraded to Enhancement Pack 4. when i execute transaction F.66 a spool number is generated but when i try to view the spool there is nothing on spool requests - the spool is not showing

Can you see spool generated from other report?

Check if 'Delete after Ouput' is checked in user profile.

Can you see spool generated from other report?

Check if 'Delete after Ouput' is checked in user profile.

With other reports i can see the spool but with this one its only generating a spool number but if i try to view that spool its not showing - doesnt exist at all but a spool number has been generated
