We have a program which stores a spool number in a z table when the output type for the billing document is processed.
There is a separate program (executed as a batch job at the end of day) which send the consolidated pdf statements to customers reading the spool number from the z table.
But in our system it is happening that spool has got deleted even before the above batch program has run even when the spool retention period is of 10 days and spools after and before that particular spool is there in the system.
Is there any log which gets updated if the spool is deleted either by the user or system to track when and how it got deleted or by whom it was deleted as the 10 days retention period was not reached?
I have already checked the TSP01 table without any success and also verified if spool is deleted using SP01 it gets deleted from TSp01 table without leaving any log as to how or how it was deleted.
