Hello experts!!

Im currently downloading a file in excel from sap. the problem is I have one field/column namely "short text"(description) in my file .Inside the text is a square shape character w/c I dont know where did it came from.every text that has that kind of character signifies a next line in my excel.

I dont know how would I delete that charcter.I tried to copy and paste the whole text that has that kind of character in microsoft word but the square shape character doesnt appear in msword..

Hope you guys could help me on how to delete it..

Hi Salma,

Copy paste the character & then do a FIND REPLACE on it..

In FIND paste the character & in REPLACE keep the text blank.
