Hi Anitha,

Standard Objects which have undergone some changes in the new version will appear in the SPAU with any one of the three colours – Green, Yellow and Red.

1) Green: SAP new Version has introduced new lines in a report program and the Old Version of the Object hasn’t undergone any change in that place where SAP wants to introduce its own lines in its new Version, then you will get a Green Colour.

On Clicking on the Green colour of the Object in SPAU, SAP itself puts that new lines into the object and You will get a Green Tick Mark, which says the object was handled properly. (but check whether the introduction of those new lines doesn’t actually affect the functionality of the object)

2) Yellow: You have made some changes in the existing version & SAP wants to insert some new lines of code in some place. Then it asks you whether u want to retain the changes you have already made to the existing system, or you don’t want them as the upgraded code will provide the same functionality given by the changed code, etc. In such cases, SAP gives a Yellow light

3) Red: the existing program has undergone some changes & in the same place SAP wants to insert some new lines of code. So it encounters some discrepancies in the code and gives a Red colour.

You need to resolve all the objects that are in SPAU until you get GREEN Colour Tick Mark for all the objects

Reward if found usefull.

Thanks,

Swati
