how can i download SPAU list to excel in proper list format..i m trying but still stuck bcz its in hierarchical structure..

Hi,

Check the table SMODIUSER and get the contents of the table...Then download to XLS from the menu option

Check SMODILOG table..in SE11 specify search criteia as SMODI*

1. On the SPAU list, expand the subtree(s) you want to export. Then go ‘Ctrl+P’ to print the screen to one of your printers.
2. Run transaction SP01 to display your spool requests.
3. Select your spool request generated in step 1 and click ‘Display contents’
4. In the following screen titled ‘Graphical display of spool request’ select button ‘Save to local file’ from the application tool bar.
5. In the following pop-up screen, select the format you want to export to.
