SPAU Activity

Hi  Friends -

I need some help please ,

we doing system upgrade and  from abap team am doing   SPAU activity  i have already done wiht SPDD ,

but in SPAU  the no of objects are  around  8000  in yellow color   where we  clicking them one by one and taking decision for restore or adopt

and then might code changes or  what ever is  required    ... but challange is here  it is taking much time and if we finish for 8000 objects

it might take  couple of months so   is there any  short cut or  direct method to turn these yellow objects into  green .

any idea or help will be appricated .

Hi,

You can select individual lines or a whole tree/subtree using toolbar select icon or menu item Edit->Select subtree +/-.

With this selection you can adopt the modifications or reset to original via menu Modifications.

Are this items result of note implementations or real changes?

If you process the notes first (probably a lot can return to SAP standard automatically as they became obsolete), a lot of yellow items might already disappear...

Always process the notes first.

Thanks for your quick response ,

the  very first tab is of   Note Correction    what  we shd do  with this  ?  shall we ask basis to  first apply these  notes  as   in  many of   ' With and Without  Modification Assistance  '   its  asking about note

What status do the notes have? Is it mostly yellow or gray?

Hi

Mostly all in grey  and yellow   and i clicked   one note  ( it says  56 objects selected  do u want to adjust all  these objects )     yes / no / cancel
