SP01 display issue

For one user in SP01 spool list showing as ALV grid format. But for another user spool list showing as ALV classic format.

Kindly suggest where is the settings to change the ALV grid to ALV classic in SP01 home page.

Hi,

Yes its depends on the user parameter settings in su01

SU01-> PARAMETERS->PARAMETERID

PARAMETER ID : ME_USE_GRID

PARAMETER VALUE: 'X'.

Is not this parameter only managed in MM reporting, not SP01 ?

There is no parameter id called ME_USE_GRID for both the user in SU01

Can you check parameter id ACCESSIBILITY_MODE  for each user ?

(Also check SP01_USE_GRID entry in table TSPOPTIONS)

We have checked the parameter id. We couldn't find any parameter called ACCESSIBILITY_MODE for both the user. There is no entry called SP01_USE_GRID in the table TSPOPTIONS

You can check the affected user ID and see if the parameter ACCESSIBILITY_MODE was set to X, if so remove it and it sjould work.

Can you please attach the screen shot...? for both is it like for one list is coming and for other classical report type is coming...?
