Source list creation through SRCLST01 - Error Message no. 06735

Hi all,

My requirement is to create the source list through IDoc. When i'm tryin to do that, i was able to create source list with single record. But it is not possible to add another source list record to the same article. IDoc is with status 51 with the following error message.

Message no: 06735

Source list for art. 22 and site 0001 already being processed

Pls can anyone guide me to solve this issue.

Hi Revathi,

You are getting that error as the system is trying to lock the material and plant for processing your thing and at the same time someone else also might be using the same combination for some other purpose.

This error has occured as system is not able to lock the material and plant combination. Try reprocessing the idoc and it might get posted now.

Thanks for your reply. I reprocessed it using bd87 and nw its working fine. I really wonder hw reprocessing solved my issue.

Hi Revathi,

Earlier someone else is also working on the same material and plant combination, so system couldn't process your idoc. Now no one might have locked that and system is able to lock that combination and process your idoc successfully.

These issues occur very frequently as you cann't lock the master data parallely.
