How to do sorting in classical report?

Sort the internal table that you want to print as the list.

eg:

if ITAB is the internal table you are printing, sort it like this

sort ITAB.

if you want to sort by a field

SORT ITAB by FIELD1.

Sort by multiple fields.

SORT ITAB by FIELD1 FIELD2..
