Dear Experts,
We had build one workflow for solution manager support desk, now i need to do validation for support team once if user presses f4 on support team filed and changes the status to tem change it will shows only next level codes in popup the same to be validated before saving the ticket how to do this, can anyone suggest this, validation is done in order_save badi...
