SOFFICEINTEGRATION230 error in VA02

Dear experts,

I am getting error message SOFFICEINTEGRATION230, while trying to edit the sales order item text in VA02.

I am using MS WORD 2013 and i have uploaded the templates Word2007template.dotm and WordTemplate.dot as per the OSS note 1091389

And i have changed macro settings in word document to allow to run the macros

But still i am getting the error message. Please help me on this

But still unable to solve the problem.
