SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 error

Hi,

I was using SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1, but I did not find the from address option here.Hence I am using SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 FM to send mail through SAP.

but I am getting "Virus scan profile /SCMS/KPRO_CREATE is not active" (sy-subrc = 6), when I am trying to active the profile /SCMS/KPRO_CREATE in VSCAN_PROFILE_VC, getting the error as "System error when accessing Knowledge Provider" and the program terminates.

can anyone help me in solving this.I searched in scn, but dint find anything related to this.
