Is there any particular application component i need to assign when i create a package for image files(.gif) to be store in this transaction.

I have created the maintained the mime type for gif and try to upload a new gif and it asks for the package and when trying to assign to a z - package it gives

the error " object sample.gif cannot be assigned to the package zsam"

i have been following these links. Problem is after i give the object name and description we save it to a package. Thats where its not allowing to be saved.

no i am not able to display from SMW0 . It says to maintain the settings and i tried to give assign the editor if thats what your question is?
