I hav modified std smartfoems.

If thse smartforms names ar giiven to funtional consultants,

will they be able to see the records inside smartform

Good!

First we will do the changes to the smart form in development system, once it's get finished we will transport it to test system after testing in developement system.

Then the functional folks will test, but they are able to view only the output that we are displaying.

For your question, yes they are able to view the records in the smartform.

It can be seen only through t code to which is assigned

since u have modified std Sforms, go to table TNAPR enter the smartform names, you will get the application and the output type associated with them. This will help the user to show the output.

Hi,

You have to first attach the smartform with the standard Transaction from NACE.

After That Function people Can See the Data through Standard Transaction
