why v are using RS38l in smartforms and what is the use of it?

I think RS38l is the structure that is having the information about the FM for the smartforms..

RS38L is the structure that describes the different aspects of the function module.ex.FM name,create,change,modify FM etc..

You can see wht all aspects the structure describes in SE11.
