SAP V4.6 No able to upload/download smartform for migration

ECC5.0 Easy to migrate smartform by download/upload

In v4.6 there seems no direct way to down/upload smartforms.

Execute the transaction SMARTFORMS >Utilities>Migrate SAPScript Form.

Please try this and see.

In sap v4.6c,

Patch: SAPKE46C19

R/3 HR Support Package 19 - (Note 62119! Extra Large!)

SMARTFORMS >Utilities>Migrate SAPScript Form

Five menu items:

Settings...

Form Painter on/off

Field list on/off

Technical names on/off

Return to active version

SAP v4.7 surely have the <b>Migrate SAPScript Form</b> items

May be you systems does not have a support package installed
