I need to modify SAP delivered Benefits Confirmation Statement. These modifications include correcting the existing format, adding company specific information and adding new fields.
Is there any existing smart form for "Benefits Confirmation " statement.
Please help to solve this.

I have copied the existing sapscript and created Z sapscript. After that i have migrated to smart forms.When i am trying to activate the smart form i am getting the error like some of the fields are unknown.
Please help be solve this.

YOu have to specify the input parameters in the smartforms from where the values are passed into the smartforms for printing.
