Smartforms Siganture issue

Hello All,

I have following requirement that the 4 signatures in smartforms should be displayed where the texts ends.

For this I have inserted texts in Main Window and the 4 signatures below the texts in the main window.

So whenever the texts are more then 2 signatures gets displayed on next page.

My requirement is that if these 4 signatures cannot accomodate on same page then all the 4 signatures should be displayed on next page.

Also the texts that are displayed are not fixed it can vary.

Please let me know how to give condition so that all the 4 signatures are displayed on the same page. If there is space on page for all the 4 signatures to be displayed then it sould be displayed on same page else on next page.

Hello Bharat ,

SO as i understand you want all the 4 signature in the same page, if text increased the all should go to next page .

So for this we can use the page protection  which allow the text to print in same page.

Inside the Main area of main window create 2 Folder and inside these folder create the Text field .

In one folder put  the text & in other folder put your Signatures . And check the box of page protection on Folder.
