smartforms page no

Hi experts,

Iam working on smartforms.

In one of the windows, i have given

Page &SFSY-PAGE& of &SFSY-FORMPAGES&

In the above code it is always showing 1 of 1.

Why iam not getting proper page nos if i have 10 pages.

try this one : &SFSY-JOBPAGES&

PS: to know the available fields in smartforms, go to the menu -> Utilities -> Field list on/off

That will open a little window in the lower left corner with all the fields that you could use.

hi,

try Page &SFSY-PAGE& of &SFSY-JOBPAGES&

&SFSY-JOBPAGES& is Total Number of Pages of Print Job

may be this will give correct one.

&JOBPAGES& is showing total number of pages.It is fine.

But if i go to second page it is showing 1 of 8, instead of 2 of 8.

What might be reason??

Do you have do something special with the page in your smartforms ?

What did the others page give you ? always 1 or the page number 3 give you 2 ?

the problem is SFSY-PAGE is that SAP used in standard Smartforms ...

maybe you try to write this field in a too small place ?

maybe you call your next page in a wrong .. but how ?

Hi Vijay & Frédéric,

I have two pages and both are having windows equally(i have copied page 1 to page 2).

In the first page, i have given next page as NEXT page.

In the NEXT page i have given next page is NEXT.

Each page is having 5 windows.At the first window i have defined the pages.

it is because of page sequence only, to test give FIRST page NEXT page is FIRST page and try...

&SFSY-PAGE& (Page 1) of &SFSY-FORMPAGES(Z4.0)& (Total Page)
