Hi Experts,

I am a newbie. My smartform is showing logo upside down. My PC shows it correctly, but the customer says he is seeing it upside down. What might be worng??

Is it any printer settings issue or is it a config issue?

Check the logo in transaction SE78 how it's uploaded. It might be uploaded in upside down.

It is a printer issue ( printer driver / saplpd / or the device  types used in SAPD for the printer ).

You can also try printing from some other PC as in local printing SAPLPD of the PC is used . Try printing on other printer as well if possible.
