dear experts,

Here there is a small issue. There is a problem with my import po prinout am not getting one of the value like 56,000 but am getting it like 560.00.. the old format was jofv type ps207-bgert in the form interface import table.so i have to change the type like JOFV TYPE KWERT in my form interface import table. after this has done..when we save it will ask for request no then only i can forward the request no to edp and they will move to production there they can see the result. so now when i save i didn't ask for the request no..what can i do....

Thanks & regards,

selva...

Just go to SE01 and check the modifiable transports for your user ID. I'm assuming you'd only have a few at a time, so shouldn't be so difficult to find where the form is. The most likely reason you were not prompted for the transport is that it's already assigned to a modifiable transport with your name.

Another possible explanation is that somehow you've created the form as a local object (package $TMP). Then it needs to be re-assigned to the correct package and then transported.

Dear selva ,

first go to SE10 Then Press F5 key enter your workbench request id , put the cursor on you request id then

press (ctrl +F11) then select " Freely Selected Object " --- enter key ---click on "selected object " ,click on check box

then enter "SSFO" in selection then enter your "smart form name" and press F8 button.then F9 button .

after that check your request id in "SE10" .

thanks,

Smruti

hi ,

if you want to find SAP request in which your smart form is being saved then follow this

1) se03

2)Click on - > Search for Objects in Requests/Tasks

3) Add in object selection blank box - SSFO and select checkbox

4) Then it will show as SAP smartform

5) add smartform name in blank field

6) Check status as Modifiable

7) Execute

it will show request name details

regards

Deepak.
