Smartforms Form Painter: Problems with MS Word

Hi everyone,

I have a problem that sounds too easy to solve. I've installed SAP GUI 7.10 patch level 8, and when I try to modify a Smart Form, in form painter text editor appears a MS WORD window. Maybe it's a SAP enhancement to this GUI version, but that window does not allow a correct formatting for texts in Smartforms.

The question is: How can I remove this add on in my pc? Is this add on in client servers?

I am not sure how to remove that , But there is an option to get rid of that.

You can Dobule click on Texteditor Which is available there. And navigate to an Editior, in the Menu Go to ->Change editor option you can change the editor to Line editor mode, there you can do what ever you want and come back.

HI,

Already i faced this issue.

I tell u why it happened.

While installing the pc, First they install office 2003 or 2007 or some other thing.

Then they install SAP front end.

This word format won't come, it will work as SAP TEXT editor node.

Once u update ur office after SAP front end installation,then this problem will come.

To avoid this.

try to install or update sap front end once again.

This is the thing, what i did early to solve this.

I don't know the other way.

Our SDN Expert will more idea other than this.

i'm also waitting for their replays.
