SMARTFORMS download program

Hi all, I want to download a SMARTFORM definition to a local file, preferably in XML format. This file is required for upload into a 3rd party output application called Streamserve.

I've previously used program RSTXSCRP (SAPscript Export to Dataset / SAPscript Import from Dataset) to do this for SAPSCRIPTS, can anyone give me the SMARTFORM equivalent please.

Hi Inde,

in transaction SMARTFORMS, use in menu UTILITIES point DOWNLOAD FORM.

Functionality seems not to be part of one report, but it works fine and produces XML-style smartform - which can be uploaded later.

Hello,

The Download utility in Tx. SMARTFORM is NOT available in SAP 46C. Please check the SAP version.

Ups, I'm on 4.7 - and when I remember help correctly, that was the only way to copy smartforms.

Hi, thanks for all your help, I should have mentioned I'm on 46c. Is there an equivalent download utility in 46c.
