Hello,
i've created a smartforms. With my user the checkbox are not displayed but with an other user the checkbox are diplayed.
I've used the transaction su53 with my user and here is the result :
Then i've tried to find the role via SUIM with no success.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Dominique,
SU53 is a bad-friend, forget it, it will return the last authorization check.
if you want to control authorization, use the transaction ST01 (check that you are on the same AS / CI)

In fact i've tried ST01 and no warning message are marked in red.
I don't think anymore it's an authorization problem.

You could check if the users used the same printer (or better, the same SAP printer driver)

I'm little surprised ...
did you use local printer for the print preview ?
coud you check with a printer declared in SPAD ?

SPAD is the transaction where you declare all the printers in SAP
you could used printer through the SAPlp using the windows printer or directly using drivers store in SAP system
the print & print preview depends of the drivers used
for example, with SAPlpd & jet printer the logo is inverted ... not with the SAP drivers
it's why I ask you, did you specify a printer in SPAD

I've tried with many printer using the SPAD transaction, but i always have the same result . But i'm still searching.
My default printer use this device type :sapwin : MS windows driver latin-1

This is a customer-specific authorization object, You don't actually hope we (scn) can find the roles in your system
Nevertheless, look at ZSU53 (ZSU53 - Missing authorization assistance) or use standard transactions like S_BCE_68001425. Of course, those authorization may only be available with some profiles and nor roles (e.g. SAP_ALL)

Hello,
you can crosscheck roles, auth. etc between 2 users via SUIM. also check smartform profile parameters from user maintenance.
best regards
