Hi can any body give me the one real time example on smartform or script and what type of changes can occur mostly for existing forms can u plz help me?

A real time smart form could be Purchase order, delivery document, invoice, RFQ, Sales order etc, mailing labels etc.

The changes from the standard one are constant, these will change from organization to organization as the format of the documents are specific to the organization and also the details that get printed in these as well.

Mohan,

I don't remember the names of the programs / forms. And more over lots of them are still SAP Scripts. If I remember it right, its only the invoice which is a smart form.

you can find these yourself in the NACE transaction. Choose the application, output type and click on the processing routines.

you mostly use forms for printing Purchasing documents,Invoice Documents,Delivery Documents and other documents in SAP.

In otherwords Forms are primarily used for printing the business documents in SAP.

Hi Mohan,

Please find below the list standard examples for smartforms and their driver progrsm.

For Changing Smartforms, you can copy these smartforms in to your Zsmartforms and you can edit as how you wish. Just copy these into your Zforms and Play around with the form . Good Luck

Hi Mohan,

If you wanna play around smartforms, then find the standard exmples on smartforms which begin with <b>SF_</b> in SMARTFORMS T-code and the driver programs also have the same name and other good smartforms are <b>LB</b> .
