Smartform templates

while creating templates in smartform whenever i save or activate the smartform the size of the templates changes,

how do we actually create a template??

Change how? you may check the template detail to see it actually change or not.

change in the sense the height of the template shrinks.

after clicking save or activate like above snips it changes its dimensions.
