Hi thr,
I have a requirement where in I need to output the smartform through fax(output device).If that is not available then it should be sent through email and if that is not available then that should be sent to the printer. Could some one help me as to how to change this output device option.

Hi!
You can maintain the outgoing outputs in transaction SCOT. Manintain the output types: NACE transaction.
Unfortunately I can't help you more, in my country people can decide, where they want to send the documents

goto nace transaction select ur application & click output type.
for example u want Purchase order means select EF & click output type button in application tool bar.
There u select ur output type (EG.A100) & double click partner function folder.
Here u can see medium option there u specigy whether u want fax, printer or mail.
Ur own output type is created in Transaction VK01.

The Nace transaction select ur application and after that click output type.
Otherwise you can also use condition in the coding also...
