Smartform output not getting printed

Hi All,

I am unable to print SMartfrom OUTPUT from my PC. But I can able to print from another PC. I have installed the printer in my PC. It is generating the SPOOL and got the SAPLPD pop-up. But it is not showing the 'RECEIVING THE PRINTER' command.

Please help!!

Go to your spool requests then try to print it from there. If this solution solves your problem then while printing choose option immediate printing option while printing

I tried to print from Spool as well. Same problem I'm facing over there..
