Smartform Logo Not printing

Hello Experts,

I developed a Smartform with a logo. Logo contained the address and name of the company. It is working fine . But now the requirement is to remove the address from the logo.

So i crop the address from the logo in paint and saved it with 256 bitmap option and uploaded to SAP via SE78 .

I am able to see the new logo in print preview but it is not printing. However bigger logo is printing .

So this eliminate printer configuration issue, space issue .

Need your valuable suggestions to solve this issue.

i am also able to convert the spool output to pdf.

Hi

When you preview in SE78 - how big it is? - if it is big, you need to adjust the size at uploading time itself.

If not, what is the Compression ratio - given in the smartform for that logo element.

I am attaching screenshot of working logo and smartform and two non working logo.
