Smartform external send and sodis application driven

We are using external send for billing. SODIS was set - "Disclosures always appended".

Now we need to set it - "Application-Driven".

I read documentation and found class CL_BCL and method set_disclosure. If I use it, i have to use method create_persistent and it's doing request. But I don't need this, I need to change that request, that is created then smartform is called.

Is there any solution do set disclosure in smartform?
