Smartform Error-Incorrect memory access has been detected

Hi Experts,

When I Executing my Smartform, Am getting this Error then immediately SAP GUI is closed with all sessions.

In your case SAP is suggesting us to implement the note 766874

As per the note 766874 it is a Basis issue.
Please inform to Basis team.

may be you are aware of that, how to download the note (SNOTE-> Download SAP Note (CTRL+F8))

Dowload it and see the section  Reason and Prerequisites & Solution
